"I got my heels in what felt like..."
I got my heels in what felt like just a few days, maybe a little sooner than I was expecting. The packaging was decent enough too. My only small complaint is that the tracking seemed to update a bit late, but overall it was a smooth experience.

"Surprisingly comfy right away"
I made up my mind fast on these — they felt way comfier than I expected. I wore them for a full night out and, weirdly enough, my feet weren’t destroyed by the end. The fit was spot on too. Happy with my order from highheels.com.au.

"Return process was a mess"
I tried to exchange my order and it took forever. The whole thing felt really disorganized, like nobody was handling it carefully or keeping track of what was going on. After all that waiting, I still haven’t gotten my refund, which is really frustrating

"Loved the way they arrived"
My heels showed up today, and I have to say, the packaging really stood out to me. The box was sturdy, the shoes were wrapped up nicely, and everything arrived in perfect shape with nothing squashed or damaged. It just felt like someone actually took the time to pack them properly, which I always appreciate. Overall, I was really happy with the delivery

"Grabbed a pair for a night out..."
Grabbed a pair for a night out they were solid for the price. Are they luxury designer heels handcrafted by angels? Obviously not. But they looked cute, held up fine, and didn’t make my wallet cry, so I’m calling that a win. Shipping was decent too. I’d buy again if I need another cheap pair for going out

"Cute options, but maybe not totally my style"
They’ve got some cute high heel designs, and the colour range is decent enough. I did like a few of the strappy pairs in particular; they look fairly modern without feeling too flashy or overdone.

That said, some of the styles felt a little similar to each other, and a couple maybe looked better in the photos than I expected in person. Overall, I wouldn’t say they’re bad at all, just not quite amazing for my taste. I think 3 stars feels about right

They took a while to get back to me, which was a bit annoying, but they did sort out my sizing issue in the end so... overall it was okay

The shoes are okay overall. They feel decent quality-wise and were comfortable enough, but I noticed scuffs showing up quickly after wearing them. They’re not bad, just nothing that really stood out to me. Personally, I’d say they’re fine if you just need a basic pair, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to get them again.

"Sizing was right on"
These shoes fit me true to size, which was a relief because I never totally know when ordering, and they’re comfortable enough for everyday wear, and the size guide was actually helpful for once
